Our Team Performance Metrics
At EIR, we’re just as passionate about building a world-class product as we are about fitness and health.
We’re looking for people who thrive in the unorthodox — naturally driven, resourceful, and able to deliver high-quality work on efficient timelines. Every role here has room for leadership, and we believe in giving you the trust and autonomy to make an impact from day one.
We take a people-first approach: flexible schedules, work-from-anywhere freedom, and compensation that reflects the value you bring.
EIR is a scrappy early-stage startup. We’re not flush with perks or padding — we’re lean, focused, and investing in people who are ready to build something meaningful from the ground up.
